He eats the NutriMalt right out of the tube however my vet put him on NurtiCal which comes in a larger tube that he doesn't like eating out of. When I put it on a plate or his foot, he ignores it and makes a big mess.
Any suggestions on how I could get it into him?

Mon, December 29, 2008 - 10:22 AMI'm not familiar with NutriCal. What is the consisitency? Can you add water to it and put it in a baby syringe and get him to ingest it that way? Can you mix it in with his food? -

Mon, December 29, 2008 - 5:35 PMIt comes out in a thick tube - gooy like substance - it can melt and be runny on warm days if not kept in a cool place. -

I guess I could try with a syringe...
